My Doctorate in Education specialises in the nurturing of academically gifted children and is supported by almost 30 years of global teaching experience. I currently serve in a senior role at a respected independent school, and I am a passionate advocate of innovative, research-informed practice that brings out the very best in More Able learners.
This philosophy underpins all of my work, including my coaching and the publication Amplifying Student Voice, explores how schools can better support and challenge more able learners through a blend of current research and practical, classroom strategies.
Coaching focuses on helping More Able students not only achieve their academic potential, but also develop the self-awareness, focus, and resilience needed for long-term success.
Alongside this, I welcome collaboration with like-minded professionals who share a commitment to educational excellence. I am particularly interested in working with those who wish to deepen their understanding of teaching More Able students, or who are developing ideas and resources that create engaging, challenging, and enriching learning experiences.

for 11-12 Year olds
Explore our learning packages focused on developing critical thinking, creativity, personal growth and communication skills.
Elevate the Summer
for 13-14 Year olds
Tailored for Gifted learners, these packages offer a diverse range of subjects including Philosophy, The Arts, History and Global Awareness.
Elevate the Summer
for 15-16 Year olds
Each Summer 2025 course is restricted to classes of 5 spread over 8 sessions lasting 2 hours each for 4 weeks and also includes 2 personal coaching sessions.

I offers a series of online workshops and onsite training opportunities for Early Career Teachers, established professionals, and Leadership Teams. These sessions help schools enhance the learning experience of their More Able learners, develop effective policy, and define a clear strategic approach to supporting these students.
