At Elevating the Gifted, we believe that support, coaching, and guidance for gifted children and young people should never be restricted by a family’s financial circumstances. Giftedness exists across every community, income level, and background. Our responsibility is to ensure that access to emotional support, challenge, and growth opportunities reflects that reality. That’s why we operate a Pay-What-You-Want and Membership-Based model, rooted in trust, fairness, and shared responsibility.

Why Pay-What-You-Want?
Pay-What-You-Want (PWYW) is not about undervaluing our work.
It is about valuing people differently.
We recognise that families’ financial situations vary widely and that a fixed price can unintentionally exclude those who need support the most. Those who are able to pay more often want to help create access for others.
PWYW allows each family to contribute what feels fair and sustainable for them, while helping us remain viable and ethical as an organisation.

We offer one inclusive monthly membership designed to support gifted young people and their families in a flexible, fair, and sustainable way.
This membership operates on a Pay-What-You-Want basis.

About Us
Elevating the Gifted Experience
Summer 2026
Our courses are intentionally small to ensure personalized attention and meaningful collaboration. You'll receive tailored instructions designed to unlock your full potential, while working closely with like-minded peers who are encouraged to co-produce and support each other’s growth.
Elevate the Summer
for 11-12 Year olds
Explore our learning packages focused on developing critical thinking, creativity, personal growth and communication skills.
Elevate the Summer
for 13-14 Year olds
Tailored for Gifted learners, these packages offer a diverse range of subjects including Philosophy, The Arts, History and Global Awareness.
Elevate the Summer
for 15-16 Year olds
Each Summer 2025 course is restricted to classes of 5 spread over 8 sessions lasting 2 hours each for 4 weeks and also includes 2 personal coaching sessions.

Prices for each Elevate Summer Courses are currently under review.

An initial online call provides a valuable opportunity for you and Dr. Lyon or Mr Garratt to meet, ask questions, and confirm that the course is the right fit before making any commitment.
For Schools
Dr Lyon offers a series of online workshops and onsite training opportunities for Early Career Teachers, established professionals, and Leadership Teams. These sessions help schools enhance the learning experience of their More Able learners, develop effective policy, and define a clear strategic approach to supporting these students.
